Regarding Cancellations and Changes:
*Our brand carefully crafts each and every made-to-order item. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or returns after your order has been confirmed.
We cannot accept cancellations or returns after production has begun or for finished products, so please carefully check your order details before placing your order.

Regarding Shipping and Delivery Fees
Once pre-orders and custom-made items are completed, they will be shipped as soon as possible.
*You can find the tracking number (inquiry number) in the email sent on the day of shipment.
